Our Pharmacist
Our Pharmacist
Every prescription we dispense is checked by our registered pharmacist. Every clinical question — about dosage, interactions, side effects, or appropriate use — is answered by a qualified person, not an automated system.
Pharmacist-in-charge
- Name: (pharmacist details to be added)
- PPB registration: (registration number to be added)
The pharmacist-in-charge is responsible for the safe and lawful supply of all medicines from this pharmacy under the Pharmacy and Poisons Act of Kenya.
When the pharmacist is available
- For prescription verification: during pharmacy operating hours (shown in the storefront footer).
- For brief clinical questions by phone or email: same-day response on business days.
- For longer consultations: by appointment.
What you can ask a pharmacist
- Whether two medicines you are taking can be combined
- Whether a medicine is safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- How to take a new medicine and what to expect
- How to store a medicine correctly (especially cold-chain items)
- What to do if you miss a dose
- Whether a side effect is normal or needs medical attention
The pharmacist will refer you to a doctor when a question is outside their scope — for example, ongoing symptoms that need diagnosis.
Confidentiality
Conversations with our pharmacist are confidential. Records of dispensed prescriptions are retained for the period required by PPB regulations — see our Privacy Policy.
