Delivery zones
AURAMED CHEMIST delivers within defined zones around our pharmacy. The exact zones, fees, and estimated times are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
If your address is outside our active zones, contact us — we can sometimes arrange a courier on a case-by-case basis.
Estimated delivery times

Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays unless we explicitly confirm otherwise.
Shipping fees
Delivery fees vary by zone and are shown at checkout. Some zones have a free-delivery threshold — orders above that amount ship free. The threshold (if any) is shown alongside the zone fee.
Cold-chain products
Insulin, vaccines, and other temperature-sensitive products ship in insulated containers with cold packs. Cold-chain orders are delivered the same day they are dispensed.
If you are not available to receive a cold-chain delivery on the agreed time, the medication may be compromised and we cannot guarantee its effectiveness.
Prescription products
Prescription-required orders only ship after our pharmacist verifies the prescription. Verification typically takes one business hour; in rare cases it may take longer if we need to contact you or your prescriber.
Order tracking
You can track your order from your account dashboard. Updates by SMS and email are sent at key milestones (confirmed, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered).
Failed delivery
If the rider cannot reach you, they will try one redelivery. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to the pharmacy. We will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch (which may incur a second delivery fee) or to issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming an order. We cannot redirect an order in transit. If the address is wrong, we may need to cancel and refund.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or with broken seals on medication packaging, photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours. We will replace or refund the affected items.
