Amtel 45mg Tablets are a combination of Telmisartan 40mg and Amlodipine 5mg. This medication is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that prevents blood vessel constriction, while Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels.
