Coveram Tablets contain a combination of perindopril arginine and amlodipine besilate. Perindopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor that helps relax blood vessels, while amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that helps improve blood flow by relaxing the muscles of your heart and blood vessels. This combination is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and stable coronary artery disease.

Dosage/Directions

Take one Coveram tablet orally once a day, preferably in the morning before a meal. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. It is important to take this medication at the same time each day. Do not stop taking Coveram without consulting your doctor.

Side Effects

Common side effects include dizziness, headache, and swelling of the ankles or feet. Serious side effects may include severe allergic reactions, liver problems, and low blood pressure. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience symptoms such as severe dizziness, fainting, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
