Daflon 500mg Tablets contain a micronized purified flavonoid fraction, primarily composed of diosmin and hesperidin. This medication is used to treat venous circulation disorders, such as varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency, as well as acute and chronic hemorrhoids. Daflon works by improving blood flow in the veins, reducing inflammation, and increasing the resistance of small blood vessels.

Dosage/Directions

For chronic conditions, take one Daflon 500mg tablet twice daily, with meals. For acute hemorrhoidal attacks, the dosage may be increased to three tablets twice daily for the first four days, followed by two tablets twice daily for the next three days. Swallow the tablets whole with a full glass of water. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.

Side Effects

Common side effects include stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and dizziness.
