FLIXOTIDE 125mcg Inhaler

FLIXOTIDE 125mcg Inhaler contains fluticasone propionate, a corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation in the lungs. It is used to prevent asthma attacks and manage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). By reducing swelling and irritation in the airways, it helps improve breathing. Dosage/Direction:

• Shake the inhaler well before use.
• Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and close your lips around it.
• Press down on the inhaler to release a dose while breathing in deeply and slowly.
• Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, then breathe out slowly.
• Rinse your mouth with water after use to prevent infections.
• Typically, the dosage is 1 to 2 puffs twice daily, as prescribed by your doctor.

Side Effects:

• Common: Hoarseness, throat irritation, headache, nausea.
• Serious: Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling), severe dizziness, trouble breathing, vision problems.
