Gabanerve tablets 10's

Gabanerve tablets are used to manage chronic pain caused by nerve damage, such as diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, and spinal cord injury. Each tablet contains Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant that helps reduce nerve pain by inhibiting the release of excitatory neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin, a form of Vitamin B12, supports nerve health and regeneration.

Dosage/Directions
