Glifempa 25mg tablets are used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. Each tablet contains Empagliflozin (25mg), an SGLT2 inhibitor that helps lower blood sugar levels by increasing the excretion of glucose through urine. Empagliflozin also helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke in adults with type 2 diabetes who have heart disease.
