Imodium Dual Action Relief works by restoring your bowel to its normal rhythm. This helps to restore the absorption of fluids into your body. It also helps to soothe the discomfort of painful cramps. Relieves Diarrhoea plus:

Imodium Dual Action Relief contains 2 active ingredients, loperamide hydrochloride and simethicone. Both these ingredients work together to slow the muscular contractions of the intestine and reduce the speed of the contents being pushed through the intestine, allowing for more water to be reabsorbed back into the body. Resulting in firmer stools that are passed less frequently. Remember, Imodium is for the symptomatic relief of diarrhoea only and is not a substitute for rehydration therapy.
