Jamieson Calcium, Magnesium + zinc is enriched with for added mineral support, this formula combines calcium & magnesium at the optimal 2:1 ratio to support strong bones and healthy muscle function, and may help reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Elemental Calcium (Carbonate, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 333 mg Magnesium (Oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 167 mg Zinc (Gluconate) 17 mg

Purified magnesium silicate, water-soluble cellulose, modified cellulose gum, titanium dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax.

Directions

Adults: Take 1-3 caplets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C away from children.

Warning

some people may experience diarrhea. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
