Directions

Adults: Use 1 scoop (30g) daily. Mix with 1 cup (250ml) of water/milk/milk alternative/juice or add to a smoothie. Drink plenty of fluids before, during and after exercise. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or antifungals.
