Levokit Combi Kit 7's

Levokit Combi Kit 7's is a triple therapy regimen designed for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori)—a common bacterial infection linked to peptic ulcers and gastritis. Each daily kit contains:

• Rabeprazole Sodium 20mg – a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid, promoting ulcer healing and enhancing antibiotic effectiveness
• Levofloxacin 500mg – a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA replication, targeting H. pylori directly
• Amoxicillin 1000mg – a broad-spectrum penicillin antibiotic that disrupts bacterial cell wall synthesis

This combination is especially useful for patients who have failed first-line treatments involving clarithromycin or metronidazole. The kit is taken twice daily for 7 days, with each dose containing all three medications. Treatment should be followed by a suitable antacid regimen for optimal recovery
