You spray Nicorette QuickMist into your mouth. The nicotine is then absorbed through the lining of your mouth to help relieve nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. You won’t, however, get the same buzz as you would from smoking.
You should always aim to quit smoking entirely by the end of your journey, however.
Because it’s a convenient format for use anywhere, anytime, you can use QuickMist to calm cravings whenever you have the urge for a cigarette or vape. Whether that’s in a pub, around family or on public transport. Do not use more than 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays every hour, 64 sprays per day.
