About this product

Each Nurofen caplet contains 200mg of ibuprofen which belongs to a group of medicines known as Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDS). NSAIDs relieve pain by changing the body's response to pain, swelling and high temperature. Nurofen can ease lots of different types of pain including:

Headaches and migraine pain
Dental pain and neuralgia
Period
Rheumatic, muscular & back pain
Feverishness and symptoms of cold and flu

How to take Nurofen Adults, the elderly, children and adolescents between 12 and 18 years: Take 1 or 2 tablets with water, up to three times a day as required. Leave at least 4 hours between the doses. Do NOT take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. Do NOT take for longer than 10 days unless advised by a doctor.
