Olmesar AM 5 Tablets combine olmesartan and amlodipine to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Olmesartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. This combination is effective in lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of strokes and heart attacks.

Dosage/Directions

Take one tablet daily, preferably at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet. Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding dosage adjustments.

Side Effects
