Omron M1 Basic Blood Pressure Monitor is an automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor designed for comfortable, quick, and accurate measurements. It features Intellisense technology, which ensures less discomfort from over-inflation of the cuff. The device is equipped with an LCD digital display and measures blood pressure in the range of 20 to 280 mmHg and pulse rate from 40 to 180 beats per minute. Usage/Directions:

1. Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a table.
2. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring it is snug but not too tight.
3. Press the [START/STOP] button to begin the measurement.
4. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
5. The results will be displayed on the screen after a few seconds².
