Polygynax Pessaries are a combination of three active ingredients: Neomycin Sulfate, Polymyxin B Sulfate, and Nystatin. This formulation provides broad-spectrum antibacterial and antifungal action, making it effective for treating various vaginal infections. Neomycin and Polymyxin B target bacterial infections, while Nystatin combats yeast infections.
