Seretide 25/50 MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler)

Seretide 25/50 MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler) contains Salmeterol 25 mcg and Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg. It is used for the regular treatment of asthma where a combination of a long-acting beta2-agonist (Salmeterol) and an inhaled corticosteroid (Fluticasone) is appropriate. This combination helps to keep the airways open and reduce inflammation, making it easier to breathe.

Dosage/Directions

Dosage: Two inhalations twice daily (morning and evening).

Directions: Use the inhaler as directed by your doctor. Shake the inhaler well before use, breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and inhale deeply.

Side Effects

Common side effects may include sore throat, cough, headache, hoarseness of voice, and oral thrush. If you experience any severe side effects or signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider immediately.
