Seretide Accuhaler 50mcg/250mcg 60d contains two active ingredients: salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate. Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator that helps keep the airways open, making it easier to breathe. Fluticasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and irritation in the lungs. This combination is used to manage asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Dosage/Direction:

• Use the Accuhaler as directed by your doctor, typically one inhalation twice daily (morning and evening).
• Slide the lever to prepare a dose.
• Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and close your lips around it.
• Inhale deeply and steadily through the mouthpiece.
• Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, then breathe out slowly.
• Rinse your mouth with water after use to prevent infections.
