Tofen Syrup 100ml

Tofen Syrup 100ml contains ketotifen fumarate, an antihistamine used for the prophylactic treatment of bronchial asthma and symptomatic treatment of allergic conditions such as rhinitis and conjunctivitis. Dosage/Directions:

• Adults: 1 mg (5 ml) twice daily with food. In severe cases, the dose may be increased to 2 mg twice daily.
• Children (above 3 years): 1 mg (5 ml) twice daily with food.
• Elderly: Same as adult dose or as advised by the physician.

Side Effects: Common side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, and slight dizziness, which usually disappear after a few days. Other side effects may include hyperactivity, irritability, and sleep disturbances. If you experience any severe side effects, seek medical attention immediately.
