Xylolin Child Nasal Spray 10ml

Xylolin Child Nasal Spray 10ml contains xylometazoline, a decongestant used to relieve nasal congestion in children aged 2 to 12 years. It works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. Dosage/Direction:

• Blow the child’s nose gently before use.
• Keep the child’s head upright and insert the spray tip into one nostril.
• Press the other nostril closed with your finger.
• Spray the medication while the child breathes in through their nose.
• Repeat for the other nostril if needed.
• Use 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril every 8 to 10 hours, not exceeding 3 doses daily.
• Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days.

Side Effects:

• Common: Temporary burning, stinging, dryness in the nose, runny nose, sneezing.
• Serious: Fast or pounding heartbeat, dizziness, headache, nausea, trouble sleeping, allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing).
