Zincat OD Syrup 60ml

Zincat OD Syrup 60ml contains Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate. It is used to treat zinc deficiency and childhood diarrhea by reducing the severity and recurrence of diarrhea. Zinc is an essential trace mineral that supports immune function, growth, and development.

Dosage/Direction

• Children under 10 kg: 5 ml, 2 times daily.
• Children 10-30 kg: 10 ml, 1-3 times daily.
• Adults and children over 30 kg: 20 ml, 1-3 times daily.
• Administration: Take 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. Shake well before use.

Side Effects

Common side effects include headache, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Serious side effects are rare but may include allergic reactions. It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Zinc Sulphate.
